Refund policy

We are unable to accept returns on our products because they are placed in the mouth making them ineligible for return even if they have been cleaned. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If you do not receive your order from USPS (our shipping carrier) please notify us on our contact page so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.
